Terms of sale

        • General terms
          •  These terms of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods (hereinafter Product/Products) between the customers of the Nore e-store (hereinafter the Buyer) and the owner of the Nore e-store Nore Home OÜ (hereinafter Nore).
          • By accepting the terms, the Buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the terms of sale, agree with them and complies with them.
          • Nore Home OÜ reserves the right to make changes to terms of sale and prices. Changes will be reflected on Nore website www.nore.ee.
          • The prices of the Products sold in the e-store are indicated next to the Products in euros. A fee for delivery is added to the price.
          • Information about the Product is provided in the e-store next to the Product.
          • Copying and publishing the content and product descriptions available in Nore e-store without the written permission of Nore Home OÜ is prohibited.
        • Placing an order
          • To order Products, the requested Products should be added to the cart. The Buyer can view the contents of the cart by clicking on the "cart" icon in the header of the website.
          • To finalise the order, the required data fields should be filled in and a suitable means of delivery chosen.
          • The total price is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution. Our provider supports the following bank links:
            • Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
          • Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside of Nore e-store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio Finance OÜ. Nore does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.
          • Nore Home OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data, that is necessary for making payments, to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
          • The contract enters into force after the amount subject to payment has been credited to the bank account of Nore.
          • If it is not possible to deliver the ordered Products due to lack of stock or another reason, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the cost paid (including delivery fees) will be refunded within 14 days.
        • Delivery
          • After the sales contract enters into force, Nore completes the order and forwards it to its logistics partners for delivery.
          • The fee for Product delivery depends on the location of the Buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery method can be chosen by the Buyer, the fee is displayed at checkout.
          • When completing the order, the Buyer can choose between the following delivery methods:
            • Itella parcel locker
            •  SmartKULLER
          • In Estonia, parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the Buyer within 2-7 working days of entry into force of the sales contract. Outside of Estonia, the speed of delivery will depend on the courier. Nore ships the parcel within 3 business days. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within a time frame of up to 45 calendar days.
          • Nore is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the Products if the Products have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that Nore could not influence or foresee.
        • Right of withdrawal
          • After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with Nore within 14 days.
          • Taganemisõigus ei kohaldu, kui Tooteks on Ostja esitatud tingimustele vastavalt valmistatud Toode.
          • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.
          • The returned Product(s) must be unused and undamaged. The Buyer must return the Product(s) in its original packaging with all items that were originally in the parcel.
          • To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the Buyer may not use the ordered Products in any other way than is necessary in order to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the Product in the same way the Buyer would be allowed to test the Product in a physical shop.
          • In order to return the Products, the Buyer must submit a withdrawal application via to info@nore.ee no later than 14 days of receiving the Products. The application must include the name of Buyer, name of the Product that is returned, order number and order date.
          • The costs of returning the Product will be borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for return is the fact that the item being returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or defective item).
          • Having received the returned Product, Nore refunds the Buyer any amounts received from the Buyer on the basis of the contract mmediately but no later than within 14 days of receiving the application for withdrawal.
          • Nore may refuse to process the refund until it receives the item that is the object of the contract or until the Buyer submits proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.
        • Right to file a complaint
          • Nore is liable for the non-compliance of the Products sold to the Buyer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for the defects which existed at the time of delivery of the item and which become evident within up to two years of the delivery of the Product to the Buyer. Within the first year after the item was delivered to the Buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of Nore to disprove this.
          • In the event of a defect, the Buyer has the right to contact the online shop no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to info@nore.ee
          • Nore is not liable for defects in the Product that have occurred due to the Buyer's fault and for defects that have arisen as a result of improper storage or use of the Product. Defects include defects in the Product, but not defects in the product packaging.
          • If the Product purchased from Nore has defects for which Nore is liable, Nore will repair or replace the defective Product. If the Product cannot be repaired or replaced, Nore will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the Buyer.
          • Nore will respond to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing.
      • Resolution of disputes
        • If the Buyer has complaints regarding Nore e-store, they should send them via e-mail to info@nore.ee
        • If the Buyer and Nore fail to resolve a dispute by reaching an agreement, the Buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorised to resolve disputes arising from the contract entered into between the Buyer and Nore.

The owner of Nore e-store is Nore Home OÜ (registration code 14981384) located at Viljandi maantee 48, 50412 Tartu (the office does not serve customers).
