The personal data controller of Nore e-store is Nore Home OÜ (registry code 14981384; location Viljandi maantee 48, 50412 Tartu; phone +372 5783 0470; e-mail info@nore.ee), whose online store is located on the website www.nore.ee (hereinafter e-store).

          • Purpose and scope of processing personal data
            • The e-store processes the customer's personal data for concluding a contract, fulfilling the contract and resolving legal disputes arising from the contract.
            • E-store processes the following personal data:
              • buyer's name, telephone number and e-mail address;
              • delivery address;
              • name and number of the payer's bank account holder;
              • cost of products and services and data related to payments (purchase history);
              • details of contact with customer support.
            • Personal data is used to manage orders, deliver the products, manage purchase requests, make purchase recommendations and as input for development of the e-store.
            • Purchase history data (customer data, date, product, quantity) is used to create an overview of purchased products and services and to analyze customer preferences.
            • The name and number of the bank account holder are used to return payments to the buyer.
            • Personal data (e-mail, phone number and customer name) are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of products and services (customer support).
            • The IP address or other network identifiers are processed for the provision of the e-store as an information society service and for online usage statistics.
            • Personal data may be forwarded to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the e-store or data hosting.
        • Legal basis for personal data processing
          • Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the buyer.
          • Personal data is processed to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and consumer dispute resolution).
        • Transmission of personal data
          • Personal data is transferred to the customer support of the e-store to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems.
          • The personal data required to make payments are transferred to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
          • The personal data necessary for the delivery of the goods are transferred to the authorized processor Itella Estonia OÜ.
        • Security and access
          • Personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of a member state of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated with the Privacy Shield framework.
          • Employees of the e-store have access to personal data, they can view personal data in order to provide customer support services and solve technical issues related to the use of the e-store.
          • The e-store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.
          • The transmission of personal data to the authorized processors of the e-store takes place on the basis of the agreements concluded between the e-store and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data.
        • Viewing and correcting personal data
          • To view or correct the collected personal data, you must contact the customer support of the e-store.
        • Withdrawal of consent
          • If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by contacting the customer support of e-store in writing.
        • Storage of personal data
          • The customer's purchase history is stored for three years.
          • Personal data necessary for accounting are stored for seven years.
          • In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or the expiry period ends.
        • Deleting personal data
          • To delete personal data, you must contact the customer support of e-store in writing. The deletion request will be answered within one month.
        • Transfer of personal data
          • The request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within one month. Customer support identifies the identity and informs about the personal data that is subject to transfer.
      • Resolution of disputes
        •  Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through Nore customer support (contact: info@nore.ee). The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (contact: info@aki.ee)
